Each puzzle is made from California Redwood. Each puzzle works the same way. You start by removing the eye and the first piece will slide either up or down. The next piece will slide to the left or right, then up or down , and so on to the end.
The 'fish', 'gator', 'shark', and the dolphin have a little fish inside them, in the third piece. (the 5th piece in the fish)
The 'manatee is a vegetarian, so it has a carrot in it (3rd piece).
The whale is a pretty big fellow, and it can eat any thing it wants. This one has a "Jona" in it. (3rd piece)
